OUR STORY
My journey in professional carpet cleaning began shortly after graduating high school in 2016. At the time, I wasn't certain what career path I wanted to pursue, but I quickly discovered that I genuinely enjoyed helping people improve and care for their homes.
Over the years, I worked for several respected carpet cleaning companies and gained experience with different cleaning systems, techniques, and customer service approaches. Each company taught me valuable lessons about the industry and helped me develop the skills that I rely on today.
As my experience grew, I began noticing a common challenge throughout the industry: the quality of service often depended on which technician happened to show up that day. Some customers received exceptional service while others received rushed work and inconsistent results. That experience inspired me to create Principles Pro Services—a company built around consistency, accountability, and craftsmanship. I wanted customers to know exactly who would be entering their homes and to feel confident that every job would receive the same level of care and attention to detail.

Principles Pro Services was founded on a simple belief: the people who care most about the quality of the work should be the people performing the service. Rather than relying on rotating technicians or subcontractors, we chose an owner-operated model that allows us to remain personally involved from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. This approach helps ensure clear communication, consistent workmanship, and a customer experience that reflects the standards we would expect in our own homes.
MEET THE OWNER
My name is Oswaldo Barajas, owner of Principles Pro Services. For more than eight years, I have dedicated myself to mastering the craft of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. Every service is performed with the same care, professionalism, and attention to detail that I would expect in my own home. When you choose Principles Pro Services, you work directly with the owner—not a rotating technician. That means clear communication, consistent quality, and a commitment to doing the job right.
